I had a hanlin v3 before I got touch so am used to using folders if you use calibre you can use this template

{tags:|[|]/}/{authors[0]}/{authors}/{series}/{series_index:|0>5.2f| - }{title}

I use the tags column in calibre to set genre so my folders would be like
\Fantasy.Urban\J\Jim Butcher\Dresden\01 - Storm Front.epub
very easy to navigate using folders.
