You are probably much better off using different tools for this job.

While calibre is an excellent tool for many conversions (e.g. TXT>EPUB, MOBI>PDF, ...) it is not the best for all of the possible combinations of import and export formats. IMHO, TXT>PDF is one of the latter cases.

I would suggest that you get a good PDF printer driver utility (I use PrimoPDF on Windows, and Cute PDF is often recommended around here) and simply print to PDF using an app that displays your text properly.
