I again restored files there - however now shell itself has no executable permission . Any idea how can I get things working again? Now when I try to boot my IQ 701 - it just cannot proceed as "shell" does not have executable permissions. Even Inserting external SD card with Updated firmware cannot help - as shell does not have executable permissions. Is there any solution for this?
If you can use Adb try to change permission to restored file to 775 or 777.
