Now that you are back, I can leave for my well deserved 3 weeks of Dolce far niente (sweet do nothing). Translatable in 3 weeks on the French Riviera. That is actually us. Yeah, well, maybe. I look much nicer than that guy.
Have lots of fun Beppe!

Good morning everyone! Be it ever so humble there's no place like home! It was a great vacation, and wonderful to see family and friends again after all these years... Some I hadn't seen in 30-40 years.... Seeing black and white cows and silos, highways with only a couple of cars on them in the middle of the day, signs that said "Moose Crossing," getting 'real' Maple syrup with my pancakes without asking for it... breakfast sausage and smoked bacon, HEAVEN!

And now back to reality. At least it starts off with good tea. Fortnum and Mason's "Royal Blend" to go along with my rice and miso soup. Changes...

Beppe, have a great time on the beach! Use plenty of sun block! Orlok, thanks for the song! Shel, Anh, and ProfCrash - thanks for the welcome. And now on to breakfast!

Welcome back Stitchawl!! We missed you

I'm up too early today (as usual), so I'm having a cup of moccha macchiato to wake up a bit.
