Thanks for the info. Chapters-Indigo got me on this news - that was my tipping point.
I just bought a Kobo Touch. The key factors for me were:
(1) Deal on the e-reader (plum rewards)
(2) Regular discount codes on e-books
(3) Kobo developer presence in these forums taking feedback, helping customers resolve technical issues, etc.
Keep up the good work and customer service Chapters-Indigo / Kobo!
