My first work of fiction, Diary of a Discontent, was published in June by Gray Cadence Publishing House. The title story of this collection is told through the diary entries of a man who has grown exceedingly alienated from the rest of the world. His life has become a swirl of dark humor and despair: he spends his days wandering through the city, spying on his beautiful neighbor, impersonating a college professor, and writing incendiary essays for the local newspaper - all the while dreaming of a pseudonymous existence.
