My 2 cents (on the Sigil edit of a Calibre converted book)
If I like the styling of a non-h# title, I usually just (carefully ) replace the P with a h3, check the (ncx) TOC to find and correct any unplanned changes .
Why is there a need to EPUB -> EPUB again after a Sigil edit?
