First, register your device and turn the WiFi or 3G on.

Once you have done that you will have the option of creating collections. There is a menu option for creating a collection. I would create the folders that you want first (genre I guess). Then you can add books to it by pressing right on the D Pad. You should get a menu that asks if you want to add or remove books from the collection, delete the collection, open the collection.
