If you haven't modified the Goodreads metadata plugin then you won't get Espionage. I shared my modified Goodreads mapping for the plugin here.

But It looks like it is time to review my mapped tags for Goodreads. Last time I updated them espionage was under Thriller > Espionage, now it is under Spy Thriller > Espionage.
