There's a big difference, though, in my mind between Apple saying "look, we trademarked this, it's ours now, deal" and Apple representatives shooting their mouths off about Samsung Galaxy "blatantly copying" them and similar terms. The outrage engine from Apple is getting tiresome -- when was the last time Apple did something completely from scratch without any precedence whatsoever? Oh, that's right, never: because technology doesn't work that way. Well, that's my 2 cents, anyway.

Cue in ten seconds:

Poster1: Apple did X first.
Poster2: No, Y did that before Apple.
Poster1: Oh, Y, they suck, that didn't count, it was so primitive.

At least that's how it went on the OP article comments.
