I didn't, I thought of asking for a exchange but everyone seems to be getting this older demo model. I need to think resell one day, keeping one with a crashing browser out the box his debatable for me. I could always go back to 1.6 but then I'll lose out on a lot of Apps.. I'll have to decide if I actually need them beyond my research and note taking.
