Sorry Poohbear, but if you had read Article 12, Section 2, Subsection 81, Paragraph 19, Sentence 3 of the "Last Person To Post Here Wins" Rulebook you would know that perma-bannings are automatically reversed. And by that I mean the one who tries to ban another is instead themselves banned.
