That is a third party vendor, not B&N, will increase the price and for sure, warranty terms will be different.

The Geo restrictions will remain though, because you cannot move or alter B&N online bookstores location. You will have to find workarounds if you want to buy from B&N store and register the device. Not impossible but those are additional steps that you need to take.

But, it's up to you ...
