It's in german, sorry for that, but to clarify what it says is that the court did agree to halt the distribution momentarily to study the case and that it is not a patent breach case but a design copying case. Apple managed to have the distribution blocked in Europe by accusing Samsung of design copying, after trying (until now without success) to do the same in the US. The first decision of the Düsseldorf court does not mean at all that Apple will win their case in the end, whether in Europe or in the US.
Samsung might though change the design (again) of their Tab under the pressure not of the law nor of the media, but because Apple happens to be one of their biggest client in the chips business.
And I don't think that for Apple the problem is the Tab. I think it is the success of the Galaxy phones.
