I know Mobipocket is adequate for the job in most cases, But all it takes is a simple blockquote to show that it's not always good enough. I know most people won't notice that Mobipocket cannot do a simple blockquote or have text around a graphic or dropcaps. But still, if they knew, they'd want ePub instead (IMHO).

But from the producer side of things, ePub is easier to get it to do what you want then Mobipocket.
