Patents are established by the law, and should not be violated, again as established by the law.. How does a company legally enforcing proper use of its property stifle innovation? This makes no sense. Apple did not release the first tablet. There were many on the market before the iPad. Why did Samsung not copy those other tablets? Apple didn't copy them, it tried something new. Samsung should try something new too.

Anyway, this is not a patent issue.
