People sitting in a library reading room attempting to read and enjoy a book do not appreciate you plopping down in an adjacent chair, pulling out a cell phone, and starting an extended conversation in full voice with a high school girl friend about what a bitch your mutual acquaintance Tonya is. It's a library so STFU.
