It's not one of the default generated covers, but rather a snapshot of the first page (albeit blurry due to JPEG compression). Can I stop Calibre doing this? Otherwise, I'm left with the first page twice; one page the actual text, and the other a blurry snapshot of the same.
Sorry if this sounds muddled. I find it hard to articulate my problems with Calibre!
