Yeah, I found out the last time I ordered from Amazon.ca (been a quiet year, order-wise.) I've been thinking of writing a complaint about their use of UPS, since after several bad experiences I really hesitate before ordering from a company that ships through them.

Not that FedEx can be as problematic. Purolator were a bit better - they have outlets throughout the city, so I don't have to drive all across the city to wait in line to get my stuff.

Canada Post = great.
