Interesting article on ebooks

Just came across this article on ebook sales.

Mostly about romance and erotica, but I was interested in some of the comments they made. Especially about the price point at which people stop buying books ($6.99). I find that to be really true. I am totally willing to drop up to $5 on a book without thinking. But more than that and I have to consider it carefully. Since most paperbacks are going for $7.99 these days, I'm not buying so much.
