Although personally, I never want to own a capacitive device, even as far as a basic tablet is concerned. I've always been very happy with resistive devices and being able to use any generic stylus to navigate/play games. You need to try a capacitive touch displayed that's paired with Wacom. Unbeatable for accuracy and 0 lag when inking and you can rest your palm on the screen while you write. That a lone is worth it.
Still, nothing in Capacitive is out there right now. Microsoft fell asleep at the wheel as touch programs are terrible under windows but inking with Wacom is great.
