I still have my Kindle 2 and it works just fine. I call it my "backup Kindle" and use it for those dangerous reading times that probably would send JsWolf's heart a flutter from the danger... out by the pool and near splashing children. I take it camping. I read in the bathtub!!!! Without a case!!!!

My Kindle 3 is going strong too. It is my everyday reader.

And my nook color (bought refurbished) is also doing great.

I am going to have a really really hard time finding a way to justify purchasing a Kindle 4 when they are announced soon. Does one sole woman really need four different reading devices???
