Baen

I am begining to explore some baen authors and I have picked up on David Weber. Don't get me wrong he is an excellent writer that develops his characters well, its just that he spends a lot of his time describing people/places and things. Which one of the Baen authors is the oposite - in other words his/her characters spend most of their time doing things and less time being described?
