No books are showing up on the home page at all, not even some work files that I hadn't been moving around into collections, however they were all physically on the kindle, it's like somehow an index file got messed up.
I have noticed that my kindle DX doesn't operate quite the way my wife's kindle 3G I dont know whether that may have something to do with it, I did manage to get it back to where it should be by doing a factory reset, that's not a huge problem since I only have about 50 books on the DX at this point, it'd have been worse if I had it fully loaded, having done the reset and then jailbroken it again all the books have loaded into collections fine, this issue did seem to coincide with having calibre do an auto scan to create collections.
BTW anyone know of a way of getting the collections to sort by publish dates, it'd be nice to be able to read books in order without having to lookup which book came next
