In addition to the price now being $169.99 the seller has changed the return policy terms to
" The seller will not accept returns for this item."  The original ads had a
seven day return for defective items.
Review of pcukid's feedback page a number of EE's were previously sold in the $249 -$349 range.

For once I was glad I was quick on the trigger. I bought it at 149 with the 7 day return policy so I'm happy!
