I have downloaded few annual reports and quarterly reports from this site for IBM to read on my ipad2

I named each one of them differently . i.e (10q_Ist_2011, 10q_2nd_2001 etc) to easy identification.
However when I import all these into Calibre it changes the name to form10q and after the first import it says "the file already exists"
If I select "NO" then it stops the import and if I say "YES" then it imports with duplicate but all the files have same name as form10q.

Why is it doing it and how can I fix this issue, I really don't like to edit each file separately. I would appreciate your feedback.

One way to avoid this (probably internal metadata name) conflict is to first create an empty book, then drop the document into the Formats area of that book.
The other idea, is change the adding books settings to NOT use the books internal metadata.
