Huh. Well, I'm waiting before installing Lion. Over the years on the few occasions I've needed them including last week, Apple Tech Support was quick and helpful. I even paid by the hour once when I wasn't subscribed to AppleCare, and it was worth it, fixed a network problem that had been driving me crazy for months.
