a) check to see if you have a PAGE 2 on your offers page.
If not, you can get all current offers by following one of these procedures:
1) de-register and then re-register the Kindle. Connect to wifi and update/sync, then check offers once it looks like it is done.
if that doesn't work, then:
2) back up the \documents folder on your computer (also any music or audiobooks, if you put those on the Kindle, but not the SYSTEM folder), do a full RESET of the Kindle (removing all content and offers), connect to wifi, as soon as you see an offer at the bottom of the home page, look at the special offers (page 2 for this one); when done signing up, connect back to computer and restore your \documents folder to the Kindle (and \music, \audible, etc). Leave plugged in for a few nights, to allow indexing to complete.
