Have been using my PE for a month now, everything's great except suddenly my sound stopped working. I don't understand it at all. I was watching Youtube videos and the sound worked. Then I turned off and in a few hours went back to it and now I have no sound. The headphone jack doesn't work either. Is this a known issue? Should I try the golden update?
