How many other really nice purses do you have? If the number is more than two, I'd suggest that you don't really need it, no matter how nice it is.
OTOH, it also depends on how much $200 CAD is to you. If you have disposable income of $1000 CAD per week, then you should get it. If you have disposable income of $100 CAD per week, perhaps not.
