Try this version. I did not have cbz listed as a valid format for the Kindle as I haven't used it and it hasn't been mentioned before. I also added some audio formats to help with a previous issue with audio books not going into collections. I haven't had a chance to download cbz or audio files yet, so let me know how it goes with cbz.
As a test version, you'll need to download the zip file and use Load Plugin From File from Preferences->Calibre (do not unzip the zip file).
