I have 4 disks. H, I, J and K. H (volume name READER) and K (volume name Setting) are your reader's main memory, I and J are the two memory card slots that you don't have anything inserted in, thus the insert disk message.

Are you sure Windows File manager (Explorer?) doesn't see these other drives? All I use is calibre to manage my books so I can't help you with Sony's software.
