It's been awhile since I lived in St. Louis, so I thought I'd check the
St. Louis Public Library website. A library card for the St. Louis Public Library is free if you live, work, or go to school in the City of St. Louis or in the regions covered by about a dozen reciprocating libraries. This does not speak to the issue of library services in Lincoln County, Mo.
