Anyone else seen this bug?

TASK:
Adding books to my iPad/Stanza app via the iTunes/Stanza app file transfer (on my iMac).

PROBLEM:
After several books are added to the iPad the titles in the iTunes/Stanza app doc transfer window disappear. The books are still on the iPad, the titles simply disappear in iTunes/Stanza file transfer window. This happens after a book is added. I might have six books and after the 7th is transferred and the window updates the six are gone and only the 7th shows.

I have several other methods for getting the books to my iPad (DiskAid, Calibre Server, etc) but I'd still like my iTunes/Stanza app to work correctly reporting the correct titles on the iPad.

I have recently updated to the new iOS on the iPad and also Lion on my iMac. This is the first I've seen this problem.
