I just moved to the STR (yesterday), and reading thru this thread, I kept thinking "Just use the File system" (which one person mentioned, and I presume using Calibre amounts to the same).

So, in case you just haven't seen it, you are NOT missing the feature. "My Files" is exactly the same as the Astak -- just graphically prettier. Just drop those little folders all over your SD card (or the miniscule Nook memory), and there you go.
