Finding attached device requires restarting Calibre

Hi All,

I am using Calibre 8.12. When I connect my Ipad to the PC (MS WIndows 7) the device is not detected unless I restart Calibre, after restarting there is no problem with detecting the device but sopme of the plugins do not show up in the tool bar. Is this normal?

Th output of Pref>Misc>debug dev. detection is given below.

Version: 0.8.12
