I think Mercedes vs. Grandma was real. I've heard of kids deliberately backing into police cars to set off their air bags so they could make a getaway (although I couldn't swear those stories are true). The way the guy's head snapped back tends to convince me. It could be a fake, but I don't think so.
This one, however, is certainly as bogus as it gets:
