Two separate issues; keyboard or not, touchscreen or not.
There's plenty of keyboardless non-touchscreen devices.
As long as non-touch is cheaper to build, there should be non-touch Kindles.
Me, I'd rather see the K4 keep the K3 form factor and do an 8" 16x10 screen, no touch/no keyboard.
