Odd.

Fairly similar setup here (Win 7 x64), though still on Calibre 8.10. I load Calibre, connect Kobo, select book, select send to device, wait, select eject, unplug, processing new content message on Kobo and then the new books are there. I haven't even tried the other sideloading methods (File Exp/ADE etc..).

Sounds like this could be a real doozy of a bug for Kobo or Calibre.
