well pearl vs vizplex e-ink really matter more than 128 mb vs 256 mb ram. Google for videos and see the difference.

You are right about wifi. I really would like to have my kindle DXG to have wifi along with 3g. I don't like touchscreen so it is not a dealbreaker for me.
