Where do you get that 25 USD difference from?
For me, if I compare the Kindle 3 wifi versus wifi+3G shipped to Denmark including taxes the difference is 65 USD. (1085 DKK vs. 1425 DKK -> diff. is 340 DKK ~ 65 USD)
Maybe it's for the Kindles with adverts? I don't think they are available outside US. Another thing to take into account.
With a difference if 65 USD and only access to Wikipedia and Amazon's bookshop, I think it's fairly safe to say that the 3G functionality is not very useful to me
