There's an e-ink tablet out from Asus right now. I'm not sure how easy it is to come by and the software ain't finished. It's supposed to do web, word processing, games, apps...but none of that is really up to scratch yet.
But it should read PDFs very nicely.
I think it's between 9 and 11 inches (maybe 9). That's nine inches of E-INK.
It's literally like reading a sheet of paper in your hand.
