602 is a great device for leisure reading
FW 2.1.1 is rock-stable and CR3 / FBreader180 are great pieces of software.
I can't say I have serious "softwere issues", but I use it solely for reading, not to browse the web or listen to music
Size and weight is OK, and with a nice cover (I recommend the hemp cover from tuff-luv) it's near perfect.
Biggest advantage for me is the possibility to organize your library, I know of no other reader who has got this level of organization for large amounts of books (presently 1600 on device, every single one found in less than one minute without using search function)
