I own a PRS - 900. When I purchased it I downloaded the Sony Reader software. I have since used the software very rarely. Not long ago I wanted to purchase a book using the Sony store software. I got an error message that my computer was not authorized. I got my computer and reader at the same time and did the authorization for ADE all at the same time for both.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Sony Reader software. Now all of my purchased ebooks are no longer on my computer and I am getting an error message "unable to locate file. Item has been moved, renamed or deleted."
Please help!
