As long as you are not geo-restricted, you should be able. Amazon is a different story, since they use the mobi format for their Kindle. If you want to read those on your reader, you have to use the Kindle App and then strip DRM to convert the mobi to epub.
Please don't ask how to strip DRM, that is not allowed here.
