I love Goodreads! It's really great.

One of my favorite GR authors is Thea Harrison and she is really working Goodreads well. She has her bio (with a pic), a link to her website, list of all her books, she keeps a GoodReads Blog and she does giveaways. One of the smartest things she's done is do a giveaway of her first book through Goodreads. Now she's doing a second giveaway on her own using Goodreads Blog. She's given each person 7 ways to enter (tweeting, following on FB, etc) and requested (requires) each person to give an email address. Not too shabby, I think.

She also does regular GR member stuff and accepts friendships - her marketing of her book has been pretty great and mostly mouth to mouth. I can't wait for next book to come out! I'm buying two (one for mom )
