My favorite eReader is still paper but I am slowly making the jump. I am only waiting for just the right eReader to be released. I am hopeful about the Kindle 3 when it is released but I'm also waiting for the iPad 3. The only eBooks I've read on so far has been on my iPod. Personally I prefer LCD screens. I have no problems with brightness. In fact I have more difficulty with the lack of contrast with e-ink devices. My oldster eyes are a poor fit for e-Ink and I prefer the ease of use (more book-like handling of Apple's iBook) and the general look and feel of the iPad. But I am willing to buy an e-ink reader as well when the right one comes along. My experience with them so far is they are hard to read and the page changing is jarring. I hope to learn more on this website.
