Nohmi, it's one of those things that, the more you use it, the more you find more ways to use it, and use it in a better way... Because, you see, the "it" of the method is your mind! No magic. No secrete incantations. No going off and living alone in a cave for 50 years. No special skill. Anyone can use it. Most just don't use it enough.

Question: If you don't take control of your own mind, who do you give that control to? Advertisers? Employers? Religious leaders?

The list they show on that website is just a very small sample of folks who have gone through the program. There are sooooo many famous people involved with it, folks we look at and say 'gosh, how did they ever reach that level?' Well, this is a very important part of 'how' they did!
