My business partner and I are looking for a technical co-founder/CTO to launch a new eBook platform.

I come from a strategy and biz dev background in early-stage startups, and he is an entrepreneur and literary agent. Looking for someone ready to disrupt this industry, build a killer beta product and assume the responsibilities of a CTO.

We have access to venture capital, a solid business model, and extensive relationships with authors and publishers that could allow us to generate revenue off the bat. He/she should be ready for a start-up environment with a substantial equity share.
