You might try the following:
-Turn on your PB
-Plug it into your computer
-Go to device manager
-Right-click on unknown device
-Update driver software and let it search automatically
-If that doesn't work, you might instead select uninstall. Unplug it, then plug it back in. Maybe PnP will then do its magic.
